Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Employment Lawyer / Solicitor / Fee Earner at Rose Fendlen Law in Wigan.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of UK employment law practices and procedures and be able to provide legal advice to clients on various employment law matters from inception to completion.

The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. This is a flexible role, with the opportunity to work from home as needed.


• Demonstrated expertise in UK employment law and best practices

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

• Ability to manage a busy caseload, work independently, and prioritise effectively

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience working with clients on employment law issues for at least 6 months is required

• Passionate about creating equal and fair legal opportunities for all

• Good attention to detail and time management skills

• Knowledgeable of UK laws and regulatory frameworks
