Rose Fendlen Law is a multi-service law firm with a special interest in discrimination cases. We aim to provide the very best legal service at all times. Leslie Rose

Managing Partner

Our founder, Mr. Leslie Rose, is a Solicitor with over 13 years’ experience in the profession. Having been born with a cleft lip and palate, he can relate to people who feel different. Whilst Leslie has a particular interest in discrimination cases, having experienced it himself at times during his life, he is deeply committed to providing the same level of dedication and passion to all his clients.  In his limited free time, he enjoys going to the gym with his nephew and spending time with family. Leslie looks forward to the opportunity to work with you.

Rudy Fendlen

Partner

Mr. Rudy Fendlen is known for his personable approach and his ability to build strong relationships with clients. He is deeply passionate about pursuing justice and is a Chartered Legal Executive with extensive experience across a broad range of cases, consistently achieving excellent outcomes for his clients. Rudy is a sharp and determined litigator. Outside of work, he enjoys staying fit at the gym, practicing Krav Maga, and playing his electric guitar.

Tapiwanashe Zvidzayi

Paralegal

Tapiwanashe is a paralegal with a Masters degree in Law, currently studying his PHD and working towards becoming a qualified Solicitor. He has previously worked as a prosecutor in Zimbabwe, dealing with a multitude of criminal matters. He is passionate about employment law and protecting employee rights. Outside of work, Tapiwanashe enjoys spending time with his children, and with any free time he plays cricket and follows Manchester United.

Anthony Riley

Litigation Executive

Tony is a dedicated employment law specialist with a strong commitment to achieving justice for his clients. He holds a law degree and has successfully completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) as he works toward qualification as a Solicitor. Prior to his legal career, Tony spent 12 years as a qualified national transport manager in the transport industry, where he worked with people from a wide range of backgrounds—an experience that shaped his deep appreciation for equality and fairness in the workplace.

 Outside of his professional life, Tony enjoys spending time with his dogs and has a passion for restoring and tinkering with classic cars.

Blazej Smykowski

Litigation Executive

Blazej holds a first-class honours degree in Law and is on the path to becoming a qualified solicitor. He is passionate about helping the disadvantaged, and people who may not be aware of their rights.  He is committed to achieving outstanding results for clients through his dedication and professional expertise.  Outside of work, Blazej is an avid sailor and serves as a Flag Officer at the Royal Welsh Yacht Club.  Blazej also has a young daughter whom he cares for very much.

This is Fred, our firm’s Mascot. We believe in developing good client relations. Fred was painted by a client who kindly agreed for him to be our Mascot. He serves to remind us that to succeed there will always be fences to jump, miles to gallop, and a strong work ethic required.
He is a valued member of our team.
