This is Fred, our firm’s Mascot. We believe in developing good client relations. Fred was painted by a client who kindly agreed for him to be our Mascot. He serves to remind us that to succeed there will always be fences to jump, miles to gallop, and a strong work ethic required.

Leslie Rose
Managing Partner & Solicitor
Our founder, Mr. Leslie Rose, is a Solicitor with over 16 years experience in the profession. Having been born with a cleft lip and palate, he can relate to people who feel different. Whilst Leslie has a particular interest in discrimination cases, having experienced it himself at times during his life, he is deeply committed to providing the same level of dedication and passion to all his clients. In his limited free time, he enjoys going to the gym with his nephew and spending time with family. Leslie looks forward to the opportunity to work with you.
Blazej Smykowski
Trainee Solicitor
Blazej holds a first-class honours degree in Law and is on the path to becoming a qualified solicitor. He is passionate about helping the disadvantaged, and people who may not be aware of their rights. He is committed to achieving outstanding results for clients through his dedication and professional expertise. Outside of work, Blazej is an avid sailor and serves as a Flag Officer at the Royal Welsh Yacht Club. Blazej also has a young daughter whom he cares for very much.
Abbie Jane Berry
Solicitor Apprentice and Litigation Executive
Abbie holds a Bachelor of Laws with first class honours and is pursuing qualification via a Level 7 Solicitor Apprenticeship. Abbie brings experience from various practice areas and is dedicated to providing compassionate legal advice and support to all of her clients. Outside of work, Abbie unwinds by walking her Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Willow, and spending quality time with her family.
Nora Toure Idrissou
Litigation Executive
Nora is a Litigation Executive with a Bachelors Degree in Law and Masters degree in Law (with the LPC). Nora is currently completing her SQE and working towards becoming a qualified solicitor. She has previously worked as a regulatory analyst and legal secretary dealing with various legal affairs. She is passionate about equality and protecting employee rights. Outside of work, Nora enjoys spending time with loved ones, being in nature, mindfulness and gastronomy.
Wiktor Aleksander Fligier
Litigation Executive
Wiktor has recently graduated with a first-class honours degree in law as he pursues his aim of qualifying as a solicitor. As a person living with nystagmus, Wiktor is passionate about providing unyielding support to marginalised people as he is well aware of the challenges all types of disabilities can add to a person's well-being. With a drive to strive for excellence, he is dedicated at all times to achieving the ideal outcome for his clients. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking across the north and playing futsal/football along with being a casual history enthusiast as he tries to clear his backlog of the many books on his shelf.
Stephen Rochford
Senior Employment Law Advocate
Stephen has had a varied career in advice services and considers himself first and foremost to be an Advocate who is ultra dedicated to supporting Claimant Clients with warmth, skill and patient perseverance. He spent 14 years in an advice centre funded by legal aid specializing in Employment and Discrimination Law and has wide and very successful experience in representing Claimants in big, complex, and high value cases at multi-day or multi-week trials at Employment Tribunal. However, Stephen also specializes in large, complex, high-value settlements for clients without the need for taking legal action, and going through the drawn-out preparation to go to trial, which can take many months, even several years due to backlog in the courts, as a much more speedy and lucrative financial remedy for the client’s interests. In his spare time Stephen mainly reads books, but also watches films and documentaries, at home and at the cinema, and goes on brisk 1-hour, 2-hour even 3-hour walks with his partner.
