Leslie Rose

Managing Partner

Our Founder Mr Leslie Rose is a Solicitor with over 12 years experience in the profession. Leslie has a cleft lip and palate, and he can relate to people who feel different. Whilst we have a special interest in discrimination cases, we are passionate and work equally hard on all of our cases. Please see our services page for full details regarding the different types of cases we can help you with. We are excited about the opportunity to work for, and with you.

Rudy Fendlen


Mr Rudy Fendlen, is very personable and enjoys building great relationships with clients; he is genuinely passionate about delivering Justice. Rudy is a Chartered Legal Executive and brings a wealth of experience, having worked on a wide variety of cases and securing great outcomes for clients. He is an intelligent and tenacious litigator. In his spare time, Rudy enjoys keeping fit in the gym and playing his electric guitar.

Tapiwanashe Zvidzayi


Tapiwanashe is a paralegal with a Masters degree in Law, currently studying his PHD and working towards becoming a qualified Solicitor. He has previously worked as a prosecutor in Zimbabwe, dealing with a multitude of criminal matters. He is passionate about employment law and protecting employee rights. Outside of work, Tapiwanashe enjoys spending time with his children, and with any free time he plays cricket and follows Manchester United.

Stephen Rochford

Senior Employment Law Advocate

Stephen has had a varied career in advice services and considers himself first and foremost to be an Advocate, ultra dedicated to supporting Claimant Clients with warmth, skill and patient perseverance in securing the best resolution possible. He spent 14 years in an Advice Centre under Legal Aid Funding, specialising in Employment and Discrimination Law, and has wide and very successful experience in representing Clients across England and Wales in complex Employment Tribunal Trials, or settling high value claims ‘out of court’. When not in work, he loves mostly to read widely, watch films and spend time with his partner.

John Withers

Litigation Executive

John has a master’s degree in Employment Law and has over 20 years’ experience working in employment law; including working within a law centre, citizens advice bureaus, and law firms. John’s vast experience has seen him work on a wide variety of employment matters and he has successfully represented many clients at the Employment Tribunals. John is a clinical litigator, and often adopts a ‘no-nonsense’ approach. In his spare time, John enjoys reading and is an avid football fan.



This is Fred, our firm’s Mascot. We believe in developing good client relations. Fred was painted by a client who kindly agreed for him to be our Mascot. He serves to remind us that to succeed there will always be fences to jump, miles to gallop, and a strong work ethic required.
